The ideal candidate will have experience managing large enterprise projects (multi-million dollar), strong knowledge of the public sector, and excellent communication skills. Please see below for additional requirements. *Candidate must be located on the West Coast (PST). California resident is highly preferred. Must-Have Qualifications: 10+ years of project management experience. 5+ years of recent experience leading large cross-enterprise projects. PMP certification. Prior experience managing projects for a California state agency. Experience with Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process submission on a CA state project. Strong knowledge of Agile. Experience managing complex projects within organizations that involve ambiguity and is capable of creating a structure to effectively handle them. Ability to engage individuals at all levels of an organization in a professional manner. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Energetic and collaborative with a proactive approach.
