This position can be based anywhere in India with the willingness to travel to the clients site as needed. As the Lead for the Change Management Team, specializing in Digital Transformations, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating change initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of digital technologies within the organization. Your focus will be on aligning people, processes, and culture to drive seamless and effective digital transformations. Key Responsibilities: Change Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive OCM strategies that align with digital transformation goals and objectives. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess organizational readiness and identify change impacts on people, processes, and structures. Leadership Coaching : Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in driving change leadership behaviors and guiding their teams through digital transformations. Training and Development : Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge necessary for digital adoption. Measurement and Analysis : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making data-driven adjustments to optimize adoption rates. Skills and Competencies: Change Management Expertise : Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, particularly in the context of digital transformations. Leadership Skills : Ability to inspire and influence leaders at all levels to embrace and drive change. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Adaptability : Flexibility to navigate and lead effectively in a dynamic, evolving digital landscape. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 9 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Organizational Change Management with proven experience in leading large scale digital transformations.
