| From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Role : FundsApp Project Manager Location : Remote MOI : Skype Duration : 6 Months Responsibilities Managing the implementation of the FundApps system for 13 D/F/G, SEC 105 and ESMA reporting primarily. Plans and executes projects and other activities to ensure efficient delivery within defined time, quality and cost parameters. Determines, monitors, reviews and manages project and associated operational costs, resources, risks and issues. Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on overall progress, initiating corrective action where appropriate, to ensure deliverables are produced within time, quality and cost parameters. Assesses continuously whether projects continue to meet business & regulatory objectives, recommending changes where appropriate to ensure that projects are managed to realise regulatory compliance as well as operational & data efficiency & accurancy. Executes initiatives to help drive delivery and reporting maturity as well as refine processes in the spirit of continuous service improve Skills Must have Must Have : 8+ Years of experience as a Project Manager working on FundApps, AxiomSL and/or other regulatory reporting applications / projects - Has as PM in regulatory projects in the financial services sector : ideally in the pension funds space - Has experience as a PM the implementation of a rules engine that allow client to keep up-to-date with the latest regulation, on applications like FundApps (a plus) and/or AxiomSL and/or other similar applications - Experienced as a PM in regulatory reporting projects: in particular for 13 D/F/G, SEC 105 and ESMA reporting - Can demonstrate high level of communications and presentation, ability to work with technical and business stakeholders, deliver concepts clearly Other required skillset/experience: Test management and co-ordination Software implementation project experience AGILE / Waterfall delivery experience Experience in managing and communicating with senior stakeholders Ability to work to tight deadlines. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences. Ability to work on own without direction. Ability to make sense of complex situations and rapidly prioritize issues to take effective decisions.
