Strong ability in logical thinking, aptitude , analytical ability and understanding business problem and provide with technical solutions. Ability to decompose the problem statement into user stories and estimate to delivery the stories. Engage with Business Analysts and Clients in Workshops to understand and design solutions Client facing experience or showcasing the ability to do so. Should have experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Excellent interpersonal and communication and articulation skills Use Salesforce automation to streamline internal processes. Provide coaching in best practices for Salesforce administration and implementation to enhance user experience. Ability to document solution and technical design and deliver the solution in collaboration with a team Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and work with relevant team members to learn project requirements, facilitate process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions. Should have experience in working with SOAP/REST web services Experience in data migration activities and Salesforce org migration.
