Candidate should have at least 6-8 years experience in Mainframe and strong technical hands on experience in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM. ITIL certification (Must). CICS and Teradata experience is an added advantage. Retail business knowledge as added advantage. Candidate should have strong analytical skills. Should have good analytical and communication skills. Highly motivated and have automation experience. Should be aware of incident management, problem management and change management.
