Please review our job opening below and kindly send us the updated resume ASAP along with the details of consultants; Please add [email protected] in your distribution list Role : Integrated Supply Chain - Quality Inspector Location: Saginaw, Michigan Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Responsible for inspecting machined parts during production to ensure they meet drawing and customer requirements using inspection tools and gauges. They are responsible for approving or rejecting materials with respect to quality standards and recording performance. They select output samples and check them using appropriate inspection methods. Finally, they prepare and submit inspection/rejection reports to the quality manager. Performs First Piece, In Process, and Final Inspection of machined components during the manufacturing process. Read blueprints and job orders for production specifications. Reviews job/work instruction for completeness. Dimensionally inspects parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, CMMs, bore gages, profilometers, etc. Performs visual inspection of parts for defects, damage, burrs, and FOD. May perform finishing operations to correct rejected parts or assist with other production activities. Generates inspection and rejection reports.
