Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the entire project lifecycle, from solution design to implementation and deployment. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM. Solid understanding of telecom industry processes, workflows, and best practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), and web technologies (HTML, CSS). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), are highly desirable. Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
