marketplace. The position is for a client implementation of UMAX functionality

with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution.

Role Description

Cyber Solutions LLC is seeking a Sales and Marketing\\CRM

functional & business SME for a remote and contract position at one of our

clients based out of New Haven, CT. The individual will be a CRM EXPERT with

preferably UMAX experience responsible for analyzing business processes,

understanding requirements, and providing tailored support to the implementation

partner and client. The role requires collaborating cross-functionally with

different teams, ensuring that the solutions align with the client's business

goals and objectives.

Qualifications

At least a bachelor's degree in

business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience as a

Sales and Marketing\\CRM functional & business SME to apply subject

matter expertise in multiple areas including Sales & Marketing, CRM,

and business systems design.

Proven experience in providing custom

CRM solutions that meet the client's business needs and requirements.

Ability to work under minimal

supervision, independently and/or as part of a project team.

Excellent communication, analytical,

and problem-solving skills.

Ability to effectively engage with

clients and stakeholders and articulate client initiatives and issues.

Understanding of modern SAAS CRM

systems, including customer segmentation, reporting, and campaign

management.

Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics

CRM, or other CRM platforms.

Experience with UMAX solution

embedment with D365 is a plus.

Strong business analysis, process

design, and modeling skills.

Ability to collaborate with other team

members and effectively lead client meetings.
