The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining database solutions and ETL processes. The candidate should have a strong background in SQL development, data integration, and a deep understanding of SSIS. Key Responsibilities: SQL Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data retrieval, transformation, and storage. Optimize and troubleshoot existing SQL code for performance improvements. SSIS Development: Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Develop and deploy SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Data Modeling: Collaborate with data architects to design and implement efficient database structures. Develop and maintain data models that meet business requirements. Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and SSIS packages. Optimize database performance for large datasets. Data Quality and Validation: Implement data quality checks and validations within SSIS packages. Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the ETL process. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and other developers, to understand data requirements and ensure successful ETL processes. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for database designs, SSIS packages, and related processes.
