| From: Devakar, KK Software Associates [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Note: Please don't share OPT and CPT Client: TCS Location: ONSITE JD: Design and write testing scripts for new and/or existing campaigns in an agile environment leveraging Adobe Target to support multi-channel campaigns Build, maintain, implement, and update the campaign testing strategy including running manual tests and advising on the automation framework Support testing of campaigns in all phases of its life cycle Configure personalization elements in Adobe Target Collaborate with digital merchandising team to achieve desired quality levels in campaign launch Influence the use of testability during campaign design and development phases Identify bugs and quality issues. Participate in functioning processes and testing of products. Work closely with Digital merchandising and product development team members to understand campaign business requirements and to create and execute test plans and scripts that accurately and reliably assess campaign quality Analyze test results to discover and report defects, following best practices as defined by the team Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks to verify the functionality and reliability of digital campaigns Be knowledgeable in the campaign features for which the team is responsible; understand quality assurance measures and follow established standards in applying them Communicate test progress, test results, and quality of application changes Assist in test environment and test data setup and management Apply a thorough understanding of relevant technology to deliver robust test suites. (web technologies, REST APIs, web services, physical devices, Java, XML, JS, CSS, and HTML) Use creativity and initiative to improve campaign test reliability, coverage, and accuracy Assists in setting best practice quality procedures Reviews and edits campaign/offer testing documentation Establishes the flow of work within the quality area including final reviews and launch Provides leadership and support to quality calls The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing.
