| Job Role : AV Support Engineer Location : New York City, NY Job Description : AV Support Specialist Responsibilities: Maintain the AV systems based on global processes (fully enabled). Deploying and supporting Teams Managed Room Devices (Polycom and Crestron) Demonstrate an understanding of the concepts around Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams Rooms and Conferencing, Zoom, WebEx, etc . Deliver regular testing of the systems, including daily walkthrough and issues escalations reporting. Provide training and support to business users. Provide digital studio video and audio recordings of leadership videos, teleprompter setup, and video editing. Deliver first level support to users as needed. Escalate issues to Admins and other Support Teams as required (e.g., vendor issues, backend issues). Authorize / Onboard Meeting Rooms in Office 365, Teams, Zoom, as well as ownership of device account management and password resets as required. Initiate system updates on MTR systems. Participation in ad-hoc projects as needed. Delivers a white glove level of customer support to key leadership and events. Insures all AVS spaces are presentable for use.
