MUST HAVE: (LOCAL TO GA ONLY) Required Skills: Agile Expertise: Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices. Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading productive meetings and ceremonies. Ability to foster collaboration, communication, and decision-making within the team. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and impediments hindering project progress. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and navigate complex project landscapes. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Skills in an Agile Environment: SAP Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP technologies and development processes. Ability to effectively work with SAP development teams. Agile Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications. Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe): Familiarity with SAFe framework and experience in scaling Agile practices for large organizations. Agile Tools: Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) to support the planning and tracking of SAP projects. Technical Background: A technical background or familiarity with SAP development processes to effectively engage with development teams. Coaching Skills: Coaching and mentoring skills to guide SAP development teams in Agile practices.
