Ignore Functional analysts Company currently uses the Accounts Receivables (AR) module within Oracle Financial Application (OFA) and expecting the supplier to support and make necessary improvements to meet the business needs of Oracle Financial Systems. Scope of work ranges from resolving tickets to enhancing the system. Following activities are considered as part of the OFA support services scope. Provide 12x7 on call support to handle Sev 2 tickets. Provide periodic updates once every 4 hours until resolution between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm IST. The duration of on call is for one week and repeats at recurring intervals. Deliver root cause fixes for the issues identified during on-call Work with Oracle on data sanity issues and deploy data fixes to production after testing in non-prod Collate requirements from finance operations (internal customer) for small rock enhancements, bugs, performance issues and fix the same in production. Perform unit and regression testing on any code change. Perform functional testing for procure to pay processes. Support SIT and UAT for customer and internal projects. Fix defects identified during unit testing, SIT and UAT. Provide pre and post launch support. Perform application patch analysis and apply in production. Provide support to customer teams for issues in Production and Non-production environments. Creating and updating technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Communicate development plans, progress, blockers during team meetings, and/or through work management systems, email. Provide email updates sharing work targets and completion activity. Ensuring all code and configuration changes are tested, error free, and meet requirements before presenting as complete. Delivering against configuration changes and new technical setup requests with speed and quality. Protect customer data by never sharing/discussing it with family, friends, or professional contacts. Following Oracle eBS Modules are considered as part of the technical upgrade scope. 1. Account Receivables Billing 2.
