The job description is Job Title: MuleSoft Platform Admin Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Job description Required skillset: 1. Mulesoft Platform Admin 2. AWS Job Summary: 1. Environment builds: Create, maintain new business groups (if applicable), new environments, other setup required. 2. Role-based access management: Define teams (access is assigned at team level), add people to teams, MFA configuration. 3. API application authentication: Configure/maintain alerts , tokens, Certificates for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services. 4. Monitoring/alerts: Define, maintain API policies, dashboards, alerts, etc. Also management of logs. 5. Manage MuleSoft Application Configurations , Property Files. 6. Patching/upgrades: Apply major releases, minor patches, fixes, upgrades to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services (Ex. monthly CloudHub patches). 7. Work with network team on network-related configuration: Configuring VPC , DLB in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. 8. Perform health-checks & monitoring for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services. 9. Install , Setup , Configure , Cluster , Stop , Start MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services. 10. Perform health-checks & monitoring for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services. 11. Coordinate with customer IT team , application teams, other infrastructure teams for incidents, issues, problems related to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services. 12. Provide root cause analysis for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services related problems/issues. 13. Work with MuleSoft Customer support on for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Component/s & Services defects, issues, questions. 14. Provide support for service requests , changes , incidents , problems , outages , rollbacks , etc. related to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services. 15. Create, manage APIs, scripts for automation of key admin tasks. 16. Decommission, remove any MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components, services (as necessary). 17. Maintain Assets Inventory & Catalogue of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services. 18. Create, maintain support document for MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Components & Services.
