Job Title: Senior IT Business Systems Analyst || Onsite Location: Juno Beach, FL Duration: Long Term Contract Must-have skills: 5+ y as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT-focused role; exp creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); energy exp Requirements: Availability to work 100 % at the Clients site in Juno Beach, FL (required ); Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT-focused role (5+ years); Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation; Experience in conducting system testing, developing test plans, and creating test scripts; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline Preferred: Experience in project management methodologies and tools Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Conduct extensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, policies, and best practices.
