Position: AWS Database Cloud Engineer with DevOps exposure Location: Plano, TX, Hybrid - 3 Days in Office Duration: 12 Months + Possible 12 Months Ext Project: Maintaining critical huge oracle DB on EC2 Involved in quarterly patching and looking into application issues Migrating from one database to another in the cloud Security updates and vulnerabilities Data modeling Spin up new databases 10% development Mandatory skills: Oracle DBA experience - Min 8 Yrs. Currently working as an Oracle DBA Experience in managing Oracle Data guard Experience in managing Oracle Golden Gate Oracle Performance Tuning (OS, DB parameters & SQL Query) Oracle Patching Backup and DB Space Management Working with Oracle Vendor Added Advantages: Managing Oracle DB on AWS EC2 servers PL/SQL experience Data Modeling CICD pipeline automation AWS Postgres/Aurora AWS S3 service DB migration experience Oracle & AWS Certifications Interview Process: In-person interview (need to be done on-site at Capital One or in a Modi's office with a Modi's rep with them monitoring the interview) Technical screening questions Can start INTVs as early as Thursday, Every day thereafter from 12PM CST to 1PM CST -- Keywords: sthree database information technology procedural language Texas |
