In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data marts using SQL Server and contributing to the overall data warehouse architecture. Your primary focus will be on extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data, ensuring data accuracy, and creating insightful reports. Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement efficient ETL processes to populate and update data marts using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analytics. 3. Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the enterprise data warehouse (EDW). 4. Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading. 5. Design, develop, and enhance reports and dashboards to present meaningful insights to end-users. 6. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights to support decision-making. 7. Work closely with the IT team to ensure the overall health and performance of the data warehouse. 8. Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to enhance data-driven decision-making processes. 9. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in data analytics. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Datamart Developer, with a focus on SQL Server and EDW. 3. Strong proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and other relevant tools for ETL processes. 4. Experience in designing and optimizing data models for performance and scalability. 5. Proficiency in developing and maintaining reports using reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 7. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
