Job Title: Kronos UKG Migration Consultant Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid Mode) Job Duration:Long Term Contract Relevant Experience: * At least 5 years of experience with UKG (KRONOS) WFC and Dimensions functional and technical areas like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Mobile App and System configuration in a Retail, Logistics or Manufacturing environment. Technical/Functional Skills: * Migration from WFC (Kronos) to Dimensions is a must. * Experience working as a hands-on technical lead: * Providing Technical and functional solutions around WFC/Dimensions ecosystems. * Experience with SaaS solutions integration, security, network, platform architecture. * Practical knowledge related to Business principles (Payroll, General Ledger, Accounting). * Experience working on various modules of Kronos and Dimensions ( Attestation, Analytics, Accurals, Extensions etc.). * Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and maintain system solutions. Experience Required: * UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) * WFC (Work Force Central) * WFD (Work Force Dimensions) * Migrations from WFC to Dimensions * Integration using Dell Boomi or WebMethods Roles & Responsibilities: * Lead Consulting (Architecting the solutions, leading team of Consultants, Migration, Cutover). Generic Managerial Skills: * Participating on Scrum teams and delivering architecture solutions as part of an Agile project delivery methodology.
