Learn and understand supported systems, applying monitoring and observability tools and engineering troubleshooting services. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to ensure the reliability of production systems. Collaborate with vendors and external teams to achieve Maintenance and Operations (M&O) goals and responsiveness. Stay updated on new technologies and support systems to implement reliability goals effectively.
