Proficiency in GitHub for version control. Familiarity with Azure portal for cloud management. Experience with Grafana for monitoring and observability. Competence in using Robo3t for database interaction. Responsibilities: Perform service restoration activities, acting as a call quarterback, scribe, or technical expert. Learn and understand supported systems, applying monitoring and observability tools and engineering troubleshooting services. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to ensure the reliability of production systems. Collaborate with vendors and external teams to achieve Maintenance and Operations (M&O) goals and responsiveness. Stay updated on new technologies and support systems to implement reliability goals effectively.
