Specifically, we want someone to help us identify processes that can be automated and automate them using tools such as MS Power Automate and or MS Power Automate with RPA. This will be automating many manually processes that the team does. A perfect example is many of our current account creation processes entail an email sent from the end user with a form they have filled out. That then gets pulled from a shared mailbox and then opened by an analyst. They then run it through an approval process and then finally manually copy paste information from the form to the system to create the user account. Very long-drawn-out process that can be fully automated with tools like Power Automate RPA. Work location would be remote.
