Long Term JD: Technical/Functional Skills: Expertise and hands on experience on Nice in contact, Nice CX , NICE CX-AI platform( , CX Analytics, Agent Assist, Omilia / Conversational IVR, Expert Knowledge Management, Nexidia Analytics / AI, NICE EEM / ESP / QC, NICE Unified Desktop + Expert, Chatbot + Expert, AI / Machine Learning / Pro-active customer engagement, Enlighten XO, NICE OR Salesforce chatbot, Handson experience required on managing call flows in omnichannel client environment, Customer Experience tools, WFM, Analytics, NICE recording solutions. Nice to have experience in UIPath Automations, SharePoint / CRM systems Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Architect is responsible to Implement and support custom deployments and integration of various NICE products for clients. Analyze Functional and Non-Functional requirements of the Application. Design and propose technical solutions to meet business needs. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues with Nice working closely with IT/Development as needed. Technically support the development team in implementing the solution to ensure adherence to defined business rules and technical standards. Work effectively with resources/staff in all other areas of the business, escalating when appropriate to management and/or R&D. Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize business cases for new functionality/features needed for Product Support as well as to understand new beta features available for Product Support to test. Accurately track effort on tasks - recognize scope and effort variances early, evaluate impact and raise issues as appropriate.
