| Facilitates project planning and decision making related to the project Supporting and project managing the ATO MCS MES Global Standardization Project Responsible to manage approved expense and capital budget Responsible to develop scope, schedule, budget and obtain the required capital funding and manage the execution for the Level 2 Integration and IDA (Instrument Data Acquisition) scope Preparing monthly status cost reports and project status reports for senior management Exhibit proactive leadership and behavior Ensure a strategic relationship and strong communication with senior leadership team to form a deep understanding of priorities and desired business outcomes Lead project success, by managing risks, removing roadblocks, advancing issues and delivering high quality results Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners; proactively communicating, seeking advice, and facilitating critical business decisions Review and update the Project Charter and obtain approvals, as required Be the primary point of contact on behalf of ATO MCS MES Global Standardization scope Manage and utilize the project resources including -- Tauheed Saleem | Talent Acquisition Teamware Solutions a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt.
