Proven experience in developing reports using Power BI and Business Objects (BOBJ). Hands-on experience with Matillion ETL or similar ETL tools. Strong SQL skills and data querying tools. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Familiarity with healthcare or dental insurance industry practices is a plus.
