Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Senior Programmer Sacramento, CA 95811 6+ Months Contract Project Scope/Deliverable Base Tasks The scope of this project encompasses the following deliverable base tasks: Deliverable 1: Create implementation plan with architecture diagram. Create a step-by-step implementation plan outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines. Define roles and responsibilities to ensure effective collaboration among team members. Develop a visual representation of the system architecture using clear and concise diagrams. Illustrate the relationships between components, data flows, and external entities to enhance understanding among stakeholders. Deliverable 2: Migrate core Customer Relationship Management functionality to Dynamics 365. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document specific CRM requirements for the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ensure that critical functionalities are identified and preserved during the migration process. Deliverable 3: Migrate data from Access Database to Dynamics 365. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Microsoft Access Database to understand the structure, data model, and business logic. Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with the unique CRM needs of the organization. Configure entities, fields, forms, and workflows to replicate the core CRM functionalities from the Access Database. Develop and execute a robust data migration plan to transfer existing records, relationships, and historical data from Access to Dynamics 365. Monitor and validate data integrity throughout the migration process to ensure a seamless transition. Conduct comprehensive testing of the migrated CRM solution to identify and address any issues or discrepancies. Deliverable 4: Establish data import process for the third-party fund data. Evaluate the format, structure, and quality of third-party fund data from external sources. Identify data mapping requirements to align external fund data with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Implement Application Programming Interface integrations or data connectors to establish a direct and automated connection with third-party fund data sources. Ensure real-time or scheduled updates to keep CRM information synchronized with the latest external financial data. Configure user access controls to regulate who can view and manage third-party fund data within the CRM system. Define visibility rules to ensure that relevant stakeholders have access to the information they need. Integrate third-party fund data seamlessly into reporting and analytics tools within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Deliverable 5: Knowledge Transfer. On an ongoing basis through the end of the contract all work products and deliverables (project status reports, business process, triage incident reports with resolution, meeting minutes, testcases, test outcomes) details have to be discussed with the contract manager to ensure that all of the information is documented and placed in a file share. The contract manager will schedule knowledge transfer sessions at regular intervals to ensure that all of the work production details have been documented and the knowledge has been transferred to the state personnel. Qualifications Three (3) years or more Microsoft Dynamic 365 migrations experience Two (2) years of Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps experience In the last (3) three years, Microsoft Access to Microsoft Dynamic 365 migration experience Microsoft Solution Partner Experience with 3rd party data import/integrations into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Thanks & Regards ..
