Nice to have experience in UIPath Automations, SharePoint / CRM systems Roles & Responsibilities Technical Architect is responsible to Implement and support custom deployments and integration of various NICE products for clients. Analyze Functional and Non-Functional requirements of the Application. Design and propose technical solutions to meet business needs. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues with Nice working closely with IT/Development as needed. Technically support the development team in implementing the solution to ensure adherence to defined business rules and technical standards. Work effectively with resources/staff in all other areas of the business, escalating when appropriate to management and/or R&D. Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize business cases for new functionality/features needed for Product Support as well as to understand new beta features available for Product Support to test. Accurately track effort on tasks - recognize scope and effort variances early, evaluate impact and raise issues as appropriate. Efficiently Use best practice methods, guidelines, and quality standards in all project phases.
