Role: Business Analyst with Commercial Bond and claims experience Location: Hartford, CT(Day1 on-site) Duration:12+ Months Experience:8+ years Must Visa: USC,GC and H1Bs Passport no. mandatory for H1Bs Job description: The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for documenting the current state of the IS Sedlak ecosystem, the approach that will be taken to migrate the open commercial bonds/claims to a new target system and instructions for the business regarding various use cases that will occur post decommissioning. The BA will need to learn the IS Sedlak system and determine which system in the AXA XL landscape the claims should be converted to. Once requirements have been documented, the BA will work with the development and testing teams to get the work completed. Resource Profile: A strong Business Analyst experienced with working with Commercial bonds and claims with expertise in documenting high level requirements and functional specifications. Ability to independently work with business, finance, technology, and other teams in understanding the System needs and translating them into requirements. Creating/updating process flows to ensure all parties are in synch with what needs to happen on each application. Other Skills: 2-5 years Commercial bond experience 2-5 years Claims experience Able to interact well with executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical/problem solving skills. Comfortable working in an environment with a lot of ambiguity. Works well independently and is self-motivated.
