| Dear Vendors Please share resumes for below Req Job Role: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst Location: Annapolis, MD (Hybrid) Experience: 10+ years only Duration: 36 + Months HCM Functional Analyst(s) a. HCM Functional Analyst includes the following resources: (1) Analyst Payroll & Education (2) Senior Analyst b. Background Information: (1) The HCM Support team supports four (4) payroll cycles per month for more than 4,400 employees. Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules are used to calculate payable time. Data is passed to Central Payrolls mainframe system for actual payments. (2) The HCM Support team provides 1 st and 2 nd tier user support for all Peoplesoft HR and Enterprise Learning modules. During the previous calendar year, the HCM Support Team resolved 587 service tickets. c. Scope of Work (1) Serve as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. (2) Define and capture business requirements. (3) Provide design, development, testing and deployment expertise for customizations or configuration updates. (4) Provide 2 nd tier production support. (5) Perform system configuration and testing. (6) Develop system documentation to include, but not limited to, the following: configuration workbooks, test plans, design documents, standard operating procedures, and training materials. (7) Provide knowledge transfer to internal subject matter experts. d. Minimum Qualifications (1) Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the client. (2) Three (3) years expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (3) Three (3) years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. e. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities (1) Five (5) years expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role. (2) five (5) years expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler. (3) Experience with the following: i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process (4) Expert level knowledge of the following: i SDLC methodology and processes ii SQL iii Oracle 19C databases iv REST-based webservers (5) Ability to provide expert customer service.
