(South Florida Candidate or PA) This a JDE 100% Functional Role. Must have JDE Project Accounting module experience. (Modules also called Project costing or Job costing). We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced JDE Project Accounting (Functional Consultant) to join our team. If you're passionate about leveraging your expertise in JD Edwards to optimize project accounting processes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of JD Edwards Project Accounting modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. 2. Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and streamline project accounting processes for maximum efficiency and accuracy. 3. User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users and offer ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of JDE Project Accounting functionalities. 4. System Enhancements: Work closely with the IT team to identify opportunities for system enhancements and participate in the development and testing of custom solutions. 5. Data Analysis: Analyze project accounting data to generate insights and reports that support strategic decision-making. 6. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, while also supporting internal and external audits related to project accounting. Qualifications: Proven experience as a JDE Project Accounting Functional Consultant. In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) Project Accounting modules. Strong understanding of project accounting principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose innovative solutions. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
