Role: Jr. Tester (Part-Time)-Remote Location: New York City, New York Duration: 23 Months Client: NY State Rate: $28/ Hourly/ C2C Client Job ID#: HBITS-05-13210 Description Develop and guide UAT and usability testing for the new LMS. Duties Develop test plans, test cases, and execute test cases with stakeholders. Communicate test findings. Validate bug fixes. Participate in regular project meetings. Use bug tracking documents and other software. Mandatory Requirements Experience (4+ Years) Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence. Requirements 24 months of experience in software quality assurance, performing both automated and manual testing to ensure alignment with user requirements. 18 months of experience in developing and maintaining user friendly documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and project process documents. 12 months of experience in software quality assurance, collaborating with development teams. 24 months of experience in software quality assurance, designing leading usability studies for technology platforms. 24 months of experience in software quality assurance, working with internal/external technical teams to track and resolve identified defects.
