Job Description - Title: Cloud Delivery Lead Location: 100% Remote- EST Hours Start: ASAP the need is immediate Visa: GC, USC, H4EAD Duration: 6- 8 month contract + extensions Interview Process: video WebEx (2 rounds with Dan + Susan Lapinski) LinkedIn is Must They are looking for a high level CLOUD infrastructure PM who is focused on delivering Cloud Solutions. He needs someone who has energy and resolve to drive things forward someone who can drive progress and has strong problem solving skills. Dan provides a good analogy for what hes looking for from a soft skills perspective: It takes about 6-8 weeks for someone to fully come up to speed on his team, they act like guides or ushers to lead teams through the cloud enablement process. If you think about his team as guides at a national park when they first start, they dont know where anything ishe needs the person who is going to look at the tree, see the moss growing, and say thats north so lets head this way vs. the person who goes to their trainer saying which way is north. Background Experience 8+ years of project management and/or consulting experience 3+ years minimum in Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, and software-as-a-service) 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure technologies Proven track record of managing successful projects and developing positive customer relationships. Experience with management-level reporting and communication Demonstrated teamwork, positive attitude and good rapport with peers and customers. Ability to multi task in a fast-paced continually changing environment High-energy, creativity and inventiveness in overcoming obstacles and keeping processes on track while building customer rapport.
