Please see the job description below for your reference Position : Sr SQL Developer Location: Remote Duration : 11 Months Job Description: Perform day-to-day operations (includes monitoring and maintenance, problem investigation and resolution, database optimization and tuning, etc.). Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements. Development of high-quality database solutions Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using SQL. Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements. Independently analyze and correct issues in real time, providing end-to-end problem resolution. Evaluate business data and recommend appropriate analytic approaches/strategies to achieve stated objectives. Establish best practices for SQL Developers. Apply data modeling techniques to ensure integration and performance expectations are met as well as allow for future flexibility to meet changing business needs. Strong software development skills in detailed application design, database design, object-oriented concepts, and Abstraction/Dependency Injection patterns All other responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 6+ years hands-on experience developing Real-time/ Enterprise scale applications. Strong Experience in relational database concepts, SQL queries, NoSQL Architect, build and deliver products that delight customers with scalable and maintainable code under the hood. Be responsible for the design, implementation, unit testing, performance, and monitoring of the teams solutions. Proven expertise at consuming REST services and dealing with error cases. Ensure consistent process and provide technical guidance during business requirements and specifications development phases. Provide oversight, assistance, and guidance to development of the application security architecture supporting the applications. Should be comfortable with direct communication with all levels of technical and business resources. Responsible for ensuring quality through design reviews, code reviews and development of standards.
