Participate in both internal and external meetings to understand customer needs and manage customer relations. Create customer-facing materials and documenting processes. Utilize current processes and tools supporting enablement, go-live tracking and communications Collaborate on cross-functional projects. Support adoption plans for customers. Work with team to onboard and enable supplier in Ariba network.
