TheCandidateisexpectedtobelocatedinChicagoandworkingatthetradingfloorattheChicagoofficeaminimumof4daysaweek. ThecandidateneedstohaveaverystrongbaseoffunctionalexpertiseinbrokerageoranyotherOMStradingsupportfunction. PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES: CandidatewillberesponsibletoprovideL2/L3Supportactivities,Monitorandworkcollaborativelywithothermembersoftheglobalteam,managingtheirdaytodayworkandensuringthatallbusinessqueries/escalationsarerespondedtoinatimelymanner. FastPacedenvironment,abilitytomanagestressandstressfulsituationsfromthetradingdesk. CandidateshouldbeabletoworkwithBusinesspartnerstoanalyzeandresolvetheirqueriesandensurecompliancetoallcontrolledprocessesaccordingtobusinessandITrequirement. DevelopandmaintainprofessionalrelationshipwithallstakeholderswithinITandBusinessteamsandprovidesupportdirectlyorindirectlyviahis/herteam. Candidateshouldhavetheknacktotroubleshoot(review,analyze)productionissuesandusetheirteammembersandmanagershelptoresolveissuesthatcannotberesolvedindependently. ITCapacityplanningandinvolvement ManagingFire-callsupportincludingoff-hoursandweekendsupport ExecutingLeanprogramsthatensureslessincidentsarecreatedandemphasisonresolvingissuesatrootlevel AssistanceinMetricsandauditreporting ReviewandMaintainDRdocumentationandparticipateinannualexercises Createregularstatusreportstomanagementonapplicationstatusandothermetrics. Buildeffectiveworkingrelationswithawidevarietyofgroupsincludingclients,development,business,audit,compliance,andvendors(vendormanagement). Constantreviewofalertingincidents/requestsandescalateproductionissuesasneededtorelevantteamsandmanagement. Coordinatewithvariousexternalteamsincludingoffshoresupportstaffandassistingtoanalyzerootcauseefficientresolutionofallproductionprocesses. Candidatewillberesponsibletoattendon-callafterofficehoursincludingweekendtoown,manage,andrunend2endHighandCriticalproductionissue. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 8-10+yearsofexperienceinatechnicalbusinessfacing(facetoface)rolewithinafinancialinstitutionorsimilarpreferred. ExcellentoralandwrittencommunicationskillsarerequiredAbilitytospeaktotradersconfidently Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,alongwithasolidtechnicalbackgroundareessentialasistheabilitytomultitaskinafastpacedenvironment. Abilitytomanagemultipleissuesinparallelandadapttochangingpriorities. ExperienceworkinginOnsite/OffshoremodelinparticularsupportingAPAC,UKandUSbusinesslines Experienceinincidentmanagement,understandingofticketworkflowsanduseofescalation.ExperiencewithServiceNow/ITILMethodologiesismandatory. OMSexperiencewithFlextradeOMSoranyOMSisgoodtohave. FIXMessaging/Formatexperienceisgoodtohave.
