Title : SAP Sales and Service Cloud (SAP C4C) - Functional Location : Detroit, Michigan Duration: long term Contract Job description: SAP Cloud for Customer Consultant will be involved in delivering end to end SAP C4C implementation from offshore. Consultant should be able to perform SAP C4C functional role. As a key member of the Infosys SAP C4C Team, the Consultant will collaborate with customers, other consultants and core stakeholders to understand user requirements; assess available technologies, recommend solution options according to the customers processes and requirements; ensure design and realization of SAP C4C solution is fit for purpose and delivered against stated business requirements. Required Consultant with minimum 8 years of experience with minimum 2 C4C implementation project experience for front office solutions in Utilities industries Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America Key process and architectural knowledge in Move in Move out areas, fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes Hands on experience required in below areas o Scoping and Fine Tuning o Create and conduct presentations/workshops/demos on system functionality to the client o Administration tasks (Workflows/ Approval Process/ Organization setup/ user management) o Integration tasks of the SAP Sales/ Service Cloud with other SAP (S/4HANA), SAP Cloud and Non-SAP applications via CPI o Master layout/ Page layout o Authorization and access controls using Business Roles o Sales: Accounts and Activity Management Visit Management, Lead, Opportunity, Sales Quote, Territory Management o Service Utilities Agent Desktop - Customer service ticket, SLA, Service Categories, CTI Integration, Knowledgebase Integration, Chatbot Integration (SAP CAI), Move-in Move-out, Handle Customer Inquiries, Trouble Orders / Field Orders, Service Ticket / Complaints / Case Management, Customer Interactions o Data Workbench Activities o Analytics: Create Data source/ Reports / KPI/ Key Figures / Dashboards etc. o Transport Management/ Upload/ Download o Work with OData/Standard APIs Experience in the below project life-cycle phases: Requirement gathering Business process design configuration RICEFW Functional design Systems and Integration Testing Cutover Data migration Train the trainer Hypercare - Resolving production issues Enhancements & Application support Preferred o SAP Sales / Service Cloud certification preferred o Prior OnPrem CRM ISU experience preferred Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
