ServiceNow Lead Remote Risk Assessment, Risk Management GRC Libraries / Process Risk Controls Management ServiceNow Policy & Compliance Management ServiceNow ITSM Experience in ServiceNow implementation Design, development, maintenance & support - Experience in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management modules Risk Assessment / Audit / Policy & Compliance management / RCM - Must have worked on the Process, Risk and Controls inventory management or Policy & Compliance Management in GRC/IRM - Experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules such as Change/Incident/Problem management, Service catalog and integrations - Experience working with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Job, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog UI Policies - Integrated ServiceNow instance with 3rd party application - Experience on adding additional functionalities within exiting implemented integrations - Experience on Catalog Item, Record Producer, Order Guide, Workflow and Inbound Email Actions. - Experience on Scheduled Job, Events and Email Notifications, Email Scripting, Email Templates. - Must have worked on transform maps, data sources, import set and different transform scripts for data loads and management - Should paly Onsite Lead role and take care of Offshore & customer coordination, perform code reviews, provide Technical guidance to Offshore team, QA & deployments coordination with Customer teams. - Front ending the customer for entire project deliverables Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Project/Onsite lead for ServiceNow development project - Collaborate with the team on Sprint planning, refinement and executions. - Lead development projects, providing updates on project progress, and proactively communicating issues that may impact project success. - Work on Requirements analysis, Design, Development, Testing & Code migration activities - Support Offshore team on day to day deliveries, design & code reviews, provide technical guidance - Responsible for the stability, availability, and security of application components - Uses platform functionality to develop enhancements, workflows, reports, and dashboards - Responsible for the full lifecycle, planning, and administration of components of an application platform, related integrations, and applications running on the platform - Experience in designing new ServiceNow applications, integrations using various methods and data feeds - Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure solutions provide the best user experience - Works with partners to design and implement integration/data feeds/interfaces with other systems, such as APIs and Authentication - Participates in platform communities and stay up to date on new software technologies and best practices - Promote ServiceNow best practices and recommend out of the box solutions where appropriate. - Act as a mentor to less experienced team members -- Keywords: quality analyst user interface information technology |
