Title- SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst Location- central NJ- Hybrid Note : H1b, CPT will not work Qualifications- Previous Pharma experience is required. They need to have business knowledge of the Pharma delivery processes (OTC). As well as great communication skills to be empowered to make business decisions with regards to processes with the key driver which is to improve the customer experience. SAP functional knowledge is a must. They don't need to be well versed in every IMG/configuration element but should know what is possible. For example, if they introduce a new item category we will need XYZ. Or, if SAP ERP/S4 could do ABC, it would enable us to do 123 within CX.
