Detailed Job Description Ensures Infosys customers receive a first-class delivery service in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements. Primarily responsible for the configuration of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Implements the customers base configuration and routing of the High Value Payments workflow based on the design provided by the Solution Architect. Recommends changes to configuration and routing using the ACI product based on understanding of the customers functional, non-functional and technical requirements. Analyzes clients business needs, integrates clients business strategies, and recommends appropriate information technology solutions utilizing appropriate software methodologies. Conducts analysis of corporate objectives, business functions and processes. Provides analysis, consultation, and advice to project delivery associates on all technical aspects of the engagement. Recommends and implements process improvements. Assists customers with implementation efforts as necessary to ensure successful product adoption. Anticipates the implications and consequences of risks or business situations and takes appropriate action to prepare for mitigation actions and or contingencies. Identifies information needed to clarify a risk or business situation, seeks that information from appropriate sources and uses skillful questioning to draw out the information. Application Configuration and customer routines. Interface integration. May assist with Data migration. Performs other technical and non-technical duties as assigned.
