As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, architecting solutions, and driving the technical aspects of projects within our organization. A minimum of 5-9 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python, AWS services, DynamoDB, and Astra. L2 & L3 support skills, a person who knows development as well. Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong software architecture and design skills. Proficiency in cloud computing and AWS services. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities. Strong understanding of software development best practices. AWS certifications are a plus. Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Primary skill AWS & Python Fair understanding of Cassandra or at least on any NoSQL database Coding, L2/L3 support AWS Infra skills not needed Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical leadership. Set technical standards and best practices for the team to follow. Software Architecture: Design and architect software solutions, making critical decisions on technology stacks, software patterns, and overall system design. Hands-on Development: Participate in hands-on development, writing high-quality code, and conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. Technology Expertise: Leverage deep technical knowledge in Python, AWS services, DynamoDB, and Astra to make informed decisions and solve complex technical challenges. Experience on Java is good to have Project Management: Manage the technical aspects of projects, including planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define and prioritize technical requirements. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, including testing, code reviews, and documentation, to maintain code quality and reliability. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance to the team in resolving complex problems.
