Roleresponsibilities: Responsible for the solution design, configuration, testing and maintenance ofthe SAP CRM system. Experience and knowledge of integration points of SAP CRM System with SAP ECCmodules. Responsible for Production support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze andsolve software problems. Responsible for working with business users and clients to gather and documentbusiness requirements for systemchanges and to develop solutions to satisfy business needs. Teamoriented individual with the ability to work well with others in a teamenvironment as well as independently. Abilityto facilitate and lead meetings and discussions. Responsiblefor analyzing the impact changes will have on other internal/external businessapplication systems; and communicating those changes to colleagues who areimpacted by changes. Responsible for developing all documentation related to system changes perNCDOT change control polices and procedures. The NorthCarolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is seeking functional andtechnical support for the CRM functions in SAP environment and adequatefunctional support and implementation of CRM projects. This environment servicesover 5,000 users and includes instances of ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, Business Objects,CRM, SRM, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, GRC, NWCE, and PI. CRM supportincludes but is not limited to: providing guidance in aligning NCDOT's businessprocesses with SAP functionality, performing functional configuration andcustomization, maintaining system integrity, and component integration with ECCand Portal. Additional responsibilities include writing functional andtechnical specifications, developing test plans & performing systemtesting.The fiscal accountability and management of NCDOTs diverse activitiesis extremely complex and requires a robust business system that will providemeaningful, accurate, and timely information for the various needs of public/privateend users, the Federal and State government and departmental and administrativerequirements. |
