| Role : Wynsure Architect Location : Columbus GA ( Hybrid) Who are we looking for A senior level full stack Java Senior Tech Lead to work on a critical project for Wyde in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in react.js and front-end technologies. Technical Skills: Develop components across the full stack of Eco System written in Java, JavaScript, React js, Restful API Insurance knowledge would be added advantage TL skills, client management, 10-12 years experienced Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field and minimum 10+ years of professional software development experience OR Master's Degree in computer science or related field and 9+ years of professional software development experience Development experience with object-oriented programming concepts in Python programming language Development experience in web application using Spring MVC, Hibernate Frameworks Development experience in web page and effectively using HTML, Restful services, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Json and XML Development experience with SQL, writing efficient queries, and indexing Working knowledge of Jenkins integration would be a big plus Written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with engineers and product management teams in requirements definition, design, and development of software products TL skills, client management, 10-12 years Ideal Qualifications: Experience in end-to-end development in Java related technologies Process Skills: Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process Work with the development manager, product managers and stakeholders to get clarification on business requirements and then implement solutions including code development and database design Should be flexible to work on proprietary software Gain an in-depth understanding of all the team's code, systems, and tools Support operations by identifying, researching, and resolving performance and issues in a production environment Ensure high quality solutions by implementing unit tests and supporting the creation and design of integration, load and user acceptance tests Independently break down, estimate, design, plan and deliver small and medium sized features Contribute to existing tech stack and actively research and advocate for new tools, technologies, and methodologies to evolve it over time Behavioral Skills : Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
