The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of SAP Finance modules, a profound grasp of financial business processes, and a successful history of crafting and executing SAP Finance solutions. This role demands exceptional communication abilities, strategic acumen, and the capability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams to deliver top-tier solutions that align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of SAP Finance solutions in alignment with business requirements, leveraging deep technical and functional insights into SAP Finance modules. Solutioning Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in solutioning, providing guidance and recommendations for optimizing SAP Finance functionalities to meet complex business needs. Technical and Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of SAP Finance solutions. Implementation and Execution: Oversee the implementation process, guiding teams through configuration, customization, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring adherence to best practices and solution integrity. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement, optimization, and innovation within SAP Finance solutions, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts, solution designs, and project updates to stakeholders at various levels, fostering a clear understanding and buy-in for proposed solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules (SAP FI/CO), with a strong understanding of finance-related business processes. Proven experience in architecting and implementing SAP Finance solutions in complex enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including configuration, customization, and integration aspects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. SAP certifications in Finance modules are highly desirable. Prior experience in leading teams or managing projects related to SAP Finance is a plus.
