Track and report on integration by Carrier to both leadership and Carrier leadership Serve as the first level of customer contact for all technical questions related to CI Create project plans, Jira projects, and timelines according to critical milestones Work with Carrier technical teams to understand CI API architecture, payload formatting, and critical standards in place to ensure seamless payload delivery Serve as part of production support for carriers post-go-live Guide carriers through additional phases after the initial product launch Set expectations with external teams and drive accountability through the influence Communicate Proactively issues and roadblocks that impede project timelines to avoid project delays and missed milestones Manage critical dependencies between parallel work groups to create positive outcomes Own voice of the customer process for funneling and prioritizing product change requests as part of an Agile SDLC Keywords: continuous integration golang green card Georgia |
