Role: Jr.Business Analyst Work Location: Remote 1+ years Experience Mandatory. Duration: Long Term Rate: $25/Hour Detailed Description: Analyzing enrollee and dentist survey responses to identify themes and trends. Generating reports/spreadsheets regarding survey feedback, comments and trends Attending weekly team meetings to report on survey activity Aligning market research software to match the templates of multiple recurring questionnaires Coordinating related projects with necessary stakeholders and internal partners Working together with the Mail Department to keep track of surveys sent and received on a regular basis Skills/Experience: 1. BS/BA + minimum of 1 year of experience in research analysis, business analysis, or data analysis is required OR 2. Experience managing and performing in-depth analytics including combining survey research with transactional data to perform trend analysis are required, including using advanced Excel/Access 3. Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills are required 4. Experience in Tableau/Power BI REQUIRED 5. Experience identifying and adapting to imperfect data preferred. 6. Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment 7. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision 8.
