Need DL & Visa. Senior UX Researcher 9 months Remote- Must be able to travel to in store locations in the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Phoenix, AZ; or Denver, CO. Ideally candidates live in or near these cities. No CPT/H1B Required Skills: 7+ years corporate UX Research experience. Proven ability to travel regularly for in-person interviews. Expertise in usability testing and conducting in-person interviews. Proficiency in facilitating focus groups. Experience using Qualtrics (Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo)for research studies and conducting descriptive analysis. Strong background in testing iOS applications. Familiarity with the end-to-end research process. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Excellent storytelling skills to communicate research findings effectively. Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Invision, DSM, Zeppelin, Adobe XD and creative suite or other visual tools Ability to design and conduct usability studiesi.e., identify potential solution options for a stated user need and design experiments that help elicit the most viable solution for users You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently and effectively with cross-functional teams A solid grasp of user-cantered design (UCD), user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
