Title: Business Process Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (EST People will preferred)

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Business Process Analyst Job Description:

This position supports the program office for large scale technology projects and drives business discussions so that customers understand their end to end process when going to a

cloud solution.

Duties/Responsibilities:

         
Capable of facilitating customer discussions around process flows with multiple business areas, and articulate those functions into process diagrams.

         
Handle all documentation that interprets the end to end process for the customer.

         
Ability to document comprehensive
process flow diagrams
with supporting details.

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities) Core Competencies:

         
A basic knowledge of Human Resource solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time and Labor and Compensation.

         
Strong collaboration and organizational leadership skills. The candidate must work closely with different project leads and team members to deliver on project activities.

         
Must be proactive and a self-starter. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team as needed.

         
Extensive experience with process and diagram flows.

         
Strong Communication (written and verbal) skills

         
A strong service-oriented focus and a passion to achieve results

         
Must have a strong sense of ownership and willingness to drive deliverable completion.

         
Time management skills and dedicated to the work to meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:

To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required in this position. Preferred level of education and experience necessary to successfully perform the primary responsibilities of this position:

         
Experience working on medium to large scale technology projects

         
Public sector experience a plus

         
Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) desired.

         
5+ years of experience in a corporate environment with HR applications/solutions.

         
Hands on experience with MS Office (mainly visio, word, ppt) and Sharepoint
