SAP Basis with Solman Merrill Lynch, NJ/Ewing, NJ SAP BASIS - non-HANA, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) In depth configuration expertise of Incident Management process and IT Service Management features in Solution Manage Configuration knowledge of Change Management process (ChaRM), Project Management, Quality Gate Management Experience as the Solution Manager Functional SME in at least 2 Incident Management implementations Experience with all aspects of Solution Manager implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state operations solution, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development for Solution Manager Extensive experience in Onsite-Offshore working model.
