From: Mounika, Brillius mounikaj@brillius.com Reply to: mounikaj@brillius.com Role:- People Systems Analyst Location:- Remote Description: Senior People Systems Analyst will demonstrate: 3 + years of hands-on functional and technical experience supporting Talent Systems (with recruitment/selection, strategy, branding and metrics) utilizing Workday, with emphasis in Core HCM module, Recruiting, Security and Reporting. Vndly, Performance Management, & Workday Learning experience is a plus. Cross-functional project management support experience and organizational skills, with outstanding attention to detail and comfort prioritizing and problem-solving in a rapidly changing, fast-moving environment. Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills), with flexibility across multiple data sources and systems. Experience working in a high-tech or high-growth environment is preferred. Highly developed troubleshooting skills; tenacity and investigative skills for finding the root cause of a problem. Proven ability to operate successfully in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Functional Experience with Workday Integrations related to Talent Systems applications (i.e. CRM, Vendor Management, Assessment(s), LMS, and other third party tools) To be successful in this role, the Senior Analyst, People Systems will be a creative problem solver, collaborative cross-functional partner and love helping users to be proactive in understanding system trends and business models while increasing end-user adoption. The goal is to drive initiatives to drive data integrity and model ideas into real plans.
