Min 10+ Years of Experience Must have LinkedIn Must Have Relevant Certifications Not accepting OPT/CPT or H1 Transfer Profile at this Moment Lead Systems Analyst Work Location: Remote Provides technical, business, and administrative direction for personnel performing software development tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept and to user standards, and for progress in accordance with project schedules. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. Must Have Skills: Experience focused on systems and data analysis and application development Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology Advanced SQL database - vendors (IBM, Oracle, Microsoft) UML Modeling Technical Document creation (Functional Requirements Specifications, API Specifications, Data Transformation and Mapping Design, Data Exchange Document) Conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions Experience with TDD / BDD / Gherkin System Modeling Tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect Data Modeling: Erwin Business Process Modeling: BPMN Unstructured data or non-relational data (MongoDB, Data Lake) Monitor ticketing system and ensure trouble ticket are updated with appropriate status Provide guidance to customer on how to resolve issues Provide Support to customers on understanding the requirements Build MS Excel reports by working with technical & business teams for customers Able to write basic SQL queries to troubleshoot issues or tickets.
