Job Title : SAP OTC + GTS Employment Type : Contract Location : Raleigh, NC, US | Foster City, CA, US (Onsite) Remote : No Job Description JOB Description: SAP OTC with GTS skills Functional Consultant to handle Implementation including system configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or external systems Must have end to experiences in SAP HANA OTC/SD process Familiarity with Export and Import compliance processes. Process and test solutions, including appropriate documentation. In-depth knowledge of Classic SPL Screening, HANA SPL Screening, Product Classification using Number Sets, Export Legal Control, Customs Export and Imports Processing and Free Trade Zone Processing is required. Knowledge of SAP HANA data structures and analytics Good understanding of business processes associated with GTS business processes and how they align with the organization. Participate in escalation discussions and devise a de-escalation plan, positioning right solutions based on project situations and differing business needs, proposing risk mitigation plans and bolstering customer relationships for a smooth product delivery experience. Provide status reports for projects to management. Ability to work with the business team, understand the requirements, and translate them to Functional specification. Able to do carry out integration testing and also able to impart training to the different business teams on the new process implemented.
